Description

The richness of the wine is experienced as quite dense blackberry and plum notes with cedar shavings. As the layers open, one gets to experience many depths of dark sour cherry, a spiciness of tobacco, and a hint of aniseed. Pairs exceptionally well with perfectly tender grilled or roast lamb, with garlic, rosemary, and a hint of honey lemon. The 2020 vintage was awarded 95 points by Tim Atkins. Older vintages are available on request. Currently on the 2020 vintage.
