An artisanal mezcal produced with 100% Espadín hand-harvested from the Oaxaca Valley plains. Roasted in a stone-lined pit at ground level, milled using a horse-pulled millstone, fermented in 2,500-litre pine vats and double distilled in copper stills.

This clear liquid has aromas of caramel, roasted agave, citrus, spices and herbs. On the palate, expect a fresh acidity with light, rugged flavours, particularly herbal and mineral notes.

Artisanal mezcal composed of an 80/20 blend of Espadín and Arroqueño agaves hand-harvested from the Oaxaca Valley plains. Roasted in a stone-lined pit at ground level, hand-ground by mallet in a wooden trough, fermented in 800-litre pine vats and double distilled in clay pots.

This clear liquid has aromas of candied fruit, lima, chocolate, toasted almonds, seeds and minerals. A light acidity on the palate, with strong flavours of pear, and wet earth with herbal and caramelized notes.
